As we spin around from chaos to chaos, there is a need for the connection with the other. Somebody to talk to or somebody to listen. In this episode, a quick look at three resources that you can use when you need to reach out.

NAMI HelpLine has a FAQ page about the service.

Warmlines.org has a listing of local and regional phone support lines. Some of them only operate a few hours of the day. Many of the warmlines can only assist people in their geographical area.
