It is summertime and it is a time to get off the treadmill and have some fun. I've heard people say it but I doubt that they do it. Or to be clear, those of with an anxiety disorder tend to take our bug-a-boos with us.

My understanding is that he feels that it is not biochemical but loneliness. Social isolation. I agree about getting out in nature. I don't agree with other of his opinions but folks should check it out and decide for themselves.
