Episode 040 Emotional Regulation and Part Two of Herbal Supplements

There is a very good article that I mention in the podcast from Psychology Today by Tom Bunn - if there is a possibility of childhood trauma as one of the sources of your anxiety or panic condition I would suggest you check it out.

This episode is part two of botanicals and herbal supplements; it is an introduction to the topic with links to U.S. governmental type resources and a Canadian one. One is simplified and the other gives the details and possible side effects.
