Episode 027 The Sentry and Panic Pop

If I am tired and I start to sound out words I will misspell the word "episode". Because I am sounding it out I drop (to me) the silent letter. Then I do the walk of shame when I discover it three weeks from now.

The thing is that we are all working tired or exhausted. We can't keep doing that: there is a cost. Take a break. Take a nap. Nurture yourself.

In this podcast, a look at your internal sentry that is always on guard. Even when they don't need to be on alert.
