Video on How to Tell Family About Your Condition

Most of us don't really want to say a mumbling word to anyone. We'll handle it. Except that we can't always do that in private. Sometimes you need to tell a family member or another person.

It isn't easy. There will be some family that will blame you for being weak. Weak in spirit, in faith or backbone. There will be other who will try to take it as their failing to raise you proper. Still other that will claim the devil has dominion and start spouting TV preacher lingo.

There will be others that no longer will see you as a worthwhile person but a burden that they will have to endure.

I like that this video talks about pre-preparation before you make the announcement. The main thing is to make sure that you are safe before, during and after the conversation.

The Root's Video About Depression

I'm having some technical issues with the next episode and Blogger too. Hope it doesn't have anything to do with installing Windows 10. It might appear this weekend. It is a depressing thought.

Speaking of which...

If you think that you can have an anxiety or panic disorder without a shade of depression think again. That damn depression is a running buddy.

Reduce Anxiety by Playing With A Ball

I'm always on the look out for a good viable tip on handling anxiety. This one is from Michael Brun.

It is short and to the point, or the sphere if you will. The brain can process two things at a time but three or more and it will re-focus on physical action before perceived meltdowns.
